HSC is closely monitoring the latest developments with the COVID-19 outbreak, and our thoughts go out to everyone who has been affected by this global pandemic. With the coronavirus situation developing quickly, we believe it is important to be transparent about how we are responding to the outbreak.

Our top priority in this situation is the health and safety of our employees and of the communities we serve, including our customers, partners, and prospects. As such, we have put in place new policies and practices that align with the recommendations of the World Health Organization and directives from relevant authorities. These include:

  • Shifting to a comprehensive work-from-home policy for most of our HSC staff
  • Suspending all service travel
  • Following ‘social distancing’ recommendations as per the World Health Organization guidelines

Honoring our commitment to provide excellent service, HSC support services will remain fully operational ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with our company, as well as with our products and services. All service phone lines are available to you at all times, and a qualified, dedicated team available to serve you through remote session tools.
